Gothamite
little late to join in here but:that's a concept logo, from this site IIRC. You start including those, and this'll be a long thread indeed. The Green Bay Packers Uniform Database! Now in a handy blog.

BBTV
little late to join in here but:hate this colts one:not sure if this one was ever consideredthis one was supposed to go with their current set, but was abandoned.1. The Cardinals logo is just a concept by our own Nitroseed.2. I think that Colts logo has been used in some official capacity - maybe stadium signage or something. I know I've seen it discussed here before, and not just as a prototype. I can't confirm this though.3. Can't remember where I saw that Lions proto before - I want to say on Helmut Hut or something. Yeah - "Kingaslug" or "Lionslug" would have been appropriate. Horrible.4. Isn't that Dolphins logo an official preseason or training camp logo? It's been around for a while.5. The Eagles sold caps with that E on it, and it was used in various other places, so I don't think it would count as a prototype. Gothamite
I'm not sure half of these count as prototypes, considering how many fall into the categories you mention and how many are concepts, from designers professional or amateur, which may or may not have even been submitted to the teams.
