Honestly, I don't quite see what the appeal of having the team in Abbottsford is from the team's perspective. It's so damn distant from the rest of the league. It benefits the parent team at the expense of the farm team.

Mighty Ducks of Anaheim (CHL - 2018 Orr Cup Champions) Chicago Rivermen (UBA/WBL - 2014, 2015, 2017 Intercontinental Cup Champions)

King's Own Hexham FC (BIP - 2022 Saint's Cup Champions) Portland Explorers (EFL - Elite Bowl XIX Champions) Real San Diego (UPL) Red Bull Seattle (ULL - 2018, 2019, 2020 Gait Cup Champions) Vancouver Huskies (CL)

I know a lot of people have Speculated the AHL making a westward push. It would be so much more convienient for teams out west. I wish SJ, LA, Anaheim, Phoenix and the other western clubs would follow suit and move, making a true western division. There are plenty of great markets out west to make it work.

As for the logo, I really like it. It has a traditional feel while at the same time utilizing current design elements.

Story B: Red Wings go undefeated and score 100 goals in every game. They also beat a team comprised of Godzilla, the ghost of Abraham Lincoln, 2 Power Rangers and Betty White. Oh, and they played in the middle of Iraq on a military base. In the sand. With no ice. Santa gave them special sand-skates that allowed them to play in shorts and t-shirts in 115 degree weather. Jesus, Zeus and Buddha watched from the sidelines and ate cotton candy.

Ugh, front numbers are just the worst, but on the bottom of the jersey? :censored: no. Kill it with fire.

The Adirondack Phantoms and Tucson Padres were supposed to be layovers, too. Just sayin'.

Looking through the pictures on the Canucks website of the actual physical jersey preview, you can see the NHL shield on the collar, just like in the graphics. Seems like they got the crest made up and slapped it on a blank Canucks jersey template.

Overall it's not too bad, but I really don't like how they used the same template for the home and alternate jersey. That being said, I think if the alternate jersey were green it would be great, even with the script and bottom right number - in my opinion.

I'm just saying both of those teams ended up staying significantly longer than they were supposed to.
