They seriously couldn't have cut the excess foam away from the logo before they used it to promote that change? I used to do embroidery for Lids, and one of the first things we were taught was to clean up the stitching before you presented it to customers. BadSeed84 Posted April 27, 2014 Share Posted April 27, 2014 Such a downgrade, I dont care for american flag patterned stuff because it makes it hard to read, I thought the previous red jerseys were fine looking.Or is a tomahawk somehow not pc now?I don't think anyone's ever claimed that the tomahawk mark is offensive, but you have to admit that combining Native American imagery with blatant pro-USA military imagery is in poor taste, considering we essentially slaughtered and/or forcibly relocated hundreds of thousands of native Americans.Well yea the tomahawk hats shouldn't be worn with these jerseys.But then again I don't see why the braves need a patriotic jersey, like the nationals be that team that does it. Military families will be recognized in a special on-field presentation as well as invite on the field for a special pre-game parade. We'll be playing special messages to the military families from our players on BravesVision." They will wear the uniforms four more times this year as they celebrate the anniversaries of the four branches of the armed services.
