Sterling just said some racist comments, and performed some racist business practices. He never killed anyone from his actions, and hurt a few by having them live in :censored:ty living conditions hoping they would leave. You could say Andrew Jackson did the same thing to the Cherokee but on an even grander scale when asked about how they should get the natives to "voluntarily" move to the indian territory on their own by saying "if you light a fire under them they will move."
