The requirements were: Quote For this year's Wordmark event, I want to give you a bit of flexibility to let your creativity flow! You'll have to provide a wordmark for a new team based in one of the selected cities, for a particular league: NHL: Cleveland, Houston, or Baltimore NBA: Pittsburgh, Tampa Bay, or Buffalo MLB: Buffalo, Carolina, or Indianapolis Read the requirements carefully! Requirements You must provide a colored wordmark and a black-and-white version of the same wordmark (not grayscale) on your submission. The wordmark must show the name of the team and the city name. You must incorporate an item that infers which sport the team will participate in. For example, it can be a puck for the NHL, a basketball for the NBA, a baseball for MLB... You get the idea. You cannot use an existing/previous team name for the cities mentioned. So the Cleveland Barons, for example, cannot be used. Take some time to research your selection! List your 3 favorites, ranked 1, 2, 3. Voting closes on Monday, June 15th, 11:59AM Eastern Time (three days from now). Voting is now closed. Once the finalists have been posted in the event thread, voting will be open for 3 days. Judging is open to all board members registered before May 1st, 2020. This is to ensure no one is voting for themselves under an alternate login. Members may vote once per event and may not vote for their own entry (I’ll know if you did, and will not count your vote). You may not disclose the identity of any of the designers of the entries until voting closes. Voting will be via the 3-2-1- points method. Voters will be asked to post their choice for a gold, silver, and bronze winner. Gold votes are worth 3 points, Silver worth 2, and Bronze worth 1.
