He had his golden parachute to Denver but said no. Speaking of which, the AFC West is going to be a bloodbath this season. Damn. I don't think he knew Adams was gone, but could've seen the writing on the wall. Gotta believe the Packers knew more than Rodgers did (as they did when the drafted Jordan Love behind his back). I would say the Chiefs, Broncos and Raiders should definitely be there. As for the Chargers, Brandon Staley single-handedly cost his team a couple games last year. The North probably doesn't have a wild card team, nor the South. Plus he can increase Carr's TD's from 2021, perhaps even to the 40 TD threshold for the first time in his career. Meanwhile, Panthers, Colts, Browns, Saints, Seahawks and Falcons have QB issues. If he wanted to keep Adams, he should have taken less money.
