tBBP Posted February 12, 2023 Share Posted February 12, 2023 I know SKC is like entrenched into the KC market meaning their brand is pretty well established...but man are those colors bland as jack. They've done some interesting things with their branding, from the argyle to the hoops to the state line shirt (that was a mini-stroke of genius)....but those colors are just so lifeless, especially compared to the Wizards colorway that preceded it. They didn't list that as a leak - the article is titled "Kansas City 2023 Home Kit Collar, Shorts and Socks Leaked - Release on February 16" and said that "parts of Sporting Kansas City's new 2023 home shirt were leaked during the MLS Media Day". Atlanta is doing a launch party at their exhibition cup game against Toluca tomorrow night, but have also said you can buy them at the team store as early as 11 AM tomorrow. The problem with 3D effect shirts is that the majority of the worlds population don't carry around a pair of 3D glasses and so the effect just looks headache inducing. That's how many had posted reveal dates as of the last time I went through MLS Twitter accounts earlier this morning.
