They had that big win against Oregon before stumbling through some conference games (ASU and Stanford) and I thought it was a near certainty that Oregon would get them the next time around, which they obviously didn't. I feel like either of these teams would struggle with Michigan but I'm actually not sure about Washington anymore. Let’s just say I agree with you. Texas looks cooked, and like they have absolutely no idea what Penix is doing. Lots of people were big mad about Bama getting into the playoffs, but Texas is the one that really bugged me. I don’t see how the Big 12 was so much better than the ACC to justify that. They’re obviously the weakest of these four, and them getting worked tonight just makes the whole FSU fiasco look even more like a shameless ratings grab. Of course :censored:ing Bama caused all of this by losing to the horns and beating Georgia. I would really love to see them catch a postseason ban for a few seasons. I think Michigan runs away with it next Monday, but Washington is very solid, has one of the best QBs in the country, and seems to have a Golden horseshoe shoved up their asses so who knows?
