andrewharrington
no, that picture is definitely straight down, and the outline is orange. I think its just the angle of the photo I think the space looks huge because of the three layered twill. The white part is thinner than most because they need space inside the four for both other color layers. The actual space in there is normal, it just looks bigger because some of it is made of of orange and black, which don't contrast the red too well. vicfurth
Bringing this back up, I found an error. The 2d Titans' helmet has the logo too far forward. The T-Circle in the "Flying Thumbtack" logo is centered over the earhole.
slapshot
Is that the straight side view, or the 3/4 angled one? Most of those helmets were taken right from the NFL files, but there were a few of the 3/4 ones that Nick reworked to correct the perspective of the logos. vicfurth
"2D" means the straight one. They do the same centering of the "T" on the field at Adelphia Collesium.

CrookedThumb
I looked through photos of Bucs games on their website. The four was slanted only during the 2002 season. In fact Puckguy made a comment about the change last August.
EagleFan344
I noticed you have the numbers for the Rams alt and Seahawks alt. Any chance they wear them this year? Any chance Rams pull out the Navy blue pants for MNF?
vicfurth
I noticed that too. Neither STL or SEA have worn their alts that you drew numbers for.
slapshot
I can't verify that those numbers were taken from on-field uniforms. I did them based on the Authentics sold through the team shops and nfl.com, but I 'm not sure if they're fashion ones or not. Nick 1733
Just an update, it's going to be a while before they are back up again. The problem is not space or bandwidth, I need a domain name.So as soon as I can get that, I'll have them back up again. stupidsuck
The "1" is also different. In the original set (straight 4) the top serif on the one is slanted diagonally. On the new/old set (diagonal 4), the top serif on the "1" is curved (note the Brad Johnson example above). the chargers number 1 is also "cupped" at the top awesome job, and all these are as close to perfect as you can beawesome job! andrewharrington
actually its not. thats not a real jersey with accurate numbers. look at the inside edges of the 2 in the jersey picture. they have tiny slants like the U of Texas does, but in actuality, they do not. san diego is also one of the only teams with a non-straight 5 connector. always look at on field photos, because jersey photos are not always accurate, sonce there are so many knockoffs. I know not to trust retail pics, but just wanted to better demonstrate what i was talking abouthere's pics from the same gameTomlinsons doesnt look as pronounced on the back as the front thoyou tell better that it's cupped in these pics, it's hard to tell from far awayhowever the "1' on the sleeves are not cuppedits hard to tell on the back of the jerseys, maybe its straight on the back, cupped on the front? WSU151
The Patriots' 2 is slightly off, on all three versions. Let me know if this makes sense...The middle horizontal part needs to be slightly higher, closer to the top of the number. There needs to be more space between the bottom and the middle, and less space between the middle and the top. Look at your number 5 for the Pats - it's perfect. Make the 2 the same way. Hopefully you can see just a slight difference, and trust me, it makes all the difference in the world. Great job with everything else on this project though. Smart is believing half of what you hear. Genius is knowing which half.
