They were able to make scripted names for the baseball jerseys, and they don't look that bad.I'm not sure the NBA or NFL would be pleased seeing their respective league logos on some of the jerseys. Disclaimer: If this comment is about an NBA uniform from 2017-2018 or later, do not constitute a lack of acknowledgement of the corporate logo to mean anything other than "the corporate logo is terrible and makes the uniform significantly worse." I suppose they could try and argue fair use under the parody provisions of trademark law, but I don't know if this company has the funds to fight that legal battle or if they'd even win anyway. I think it's some sort of parody.
