jkrdevil
Ok guys here is a new game. How long before Jay Feely gets cut by the Giants? The Giants lost to the Seahawks in OT and Feely missed 3 Game Winning Field Goals.

Cujo
Doug Brien missed two game winning attempts last year for the Jets ... he never played for them again.I say Feely stays because the season isn't over and he is actually a pretty decent kicker. If this were a scrub kicker like Jose Cortez, he'd have been cut 30 minutes ago.
JQK
If Jay Feely never plays another game in the NFL, i'll be fine with it.Miss 1. It's ok, it happens.Miss 2. We can't afford to give these guys more chances. You HAVE to make that.Miss 3. Get Out. Stay Tuned Sports Podcast
Joshawaggie
he wont be cut. What, is there a plethora of good Kickers out there waiting to land an open spot? Things like this happen, its frustrating I know. @josh_j12 CFA- Fargo Bobcats
Andy
I don't think he'll be cut. 54 and 45 yard field goals aren't exactly gimmes. The 40-yarder he should've made.
OB33
Feely is gonna take a lot of heat for today (some deserved) but Jay can't take all the blame for today. #CHOMPCHOMPCHOMP
NJTank
How would you like to be a Goant right now blood sweat and tears for more then 60 minutes and you give your kicker 3 shots at the winning kikc and he misses all 3. Then you lose. www.sportsecyclopedia.com For the best in sports history go to the Sports E-Cyclopedia at http://www.sportsecyclopedia.com
VandyDelphia Mike
I don't think he'll be cut. 54 and 45 yard field goals aren't exactly gimmes. The 40-yarder he should've made. The thing is, the 45-yarder, he came up short. That just doesn't happen if you're an NFL kicker. JH42XCC
It looked like Feely was intimidated by the Qwest Field crowd!Anyway, he shouldn't be cut!

LMU
Well, the first miss clearly rattled him, and I'm sure the next two attempts from 40+ yards, and the ineffectiveness of the Giants to get in better position didn't help matters.
maxweb81
Knowing the Giants, they won't cut him because...1.He is a decent kicker(up till now)2.Tom Coughlin will yell at him this week ans he'll be fine.3. He isn't a jerk with his team(Vanderjet)4.The Giants have seen worse.(haha)Nice try Feely(I guess)
yh
I think you chalk it up to a bad day. A team with a bead on the playoffs shouldn't mess around with trying out kickers at the 3/4 turn of the regular season. Of course if he has another bad day, they might be forced to make a move. HatCityEnforcer
Nah, I don't see Feely getting the ol' pink slip over this....Now, Luke "False Start..77 Offense...5 yard penalty...repeat down" Petitgout...well, he might be looking for a new job after this season.
