To put Garcia through all of that crap and to STILL fail to get the deal done is completely and totally unacceptable. Tampa has done nothing but KILL morale since the beginning of the off season and they sure finished it with a bang. I'm not gonna pull a Tnak over this, but they certainly made it extremely hard to have high levels of success both talent wise and mentally.
