Sodboy13
I take it the faint contrasting panels are meant to replicate the leather strips sewn onto jerseys in the '20s and '30s, right?
MJWalker45
Reminds me of the design the current jerseys have. Except the shoulders are reversed
walkerws
I think the only "throwback" is the blue numbers. Purely a money maker. They could have made one closer to an old school one and just done different shades if the NCAA is being anal. This is plain and boring.
Cujo
Yep. I'm sure this is exactly what the Buffaloes looked like back in the day -- With the "CU" collar patch, contrasting jersey panels, and a Nike swoosh on the front.
tBBP
Where da sky blue at???(Or am I the only one who remembers that brief yet colorful piece of Colorado Buffaloes' aesthetic history?)

NEW.ERA
The Buffs are hit and miss with me they could have one of the better looking uni packages if they wouldn't let Nike do this, I thought Oregon was there test dummy.
jake22
oregon and colorado are both nike test schools, the only ones i think
hormone
oregon and colorado are both nike test schools, the only ones i thinkWhat about Miami? Are they one? They seem to change every three years and after a year of their uni, it seems like that template gets overdone.
Billy B
I hoped they were going to bring out the sky blue when I read the topic title. That would have been a much better decision.
rtrich11
Not even close. If they really wanted to, they could put the numbers high and small in the front, which would be kind of fun to see.
walkerws
Seeing that photo, it's a much better look and they should have lost the collar logo. We would expect the manufacturer to get their logo since it's a big part of marketing so now I gotta say good job. Especially since the sleeves are so difficult ot reimagine. oldschoolvikings
Silver and Gold is such a potentually awesome color scheme. Plus Burl Ives could sing at every game.
rtrich11
I think they could have screen printed those silver (doohickies) under a smaller number. I'm not saying it would look that great, but would be fun.
oldschoolvikings
I believe the NCAA has specific rules on jersey number sizes.
