LeBron James Jersey Timeline?

This is a bit of a challenge with the Cavs wearing some different jerseys for the playoff game tonight. Can we find photo evidence of every jersey LeBron James has worn?

I guess the breakdown would be pre-high school, high school, Cavaliers, All-Star, practice, and miscellaneous, like his basketball camp.

This is also meant to prove that the Cavs wear way too many jerseys and are only trying to suck every ounce of marketability out of Lebron James.
