Reports are that Blake Wheeler and a draft pick are going to be heading to Toronto for Tomas Kaberle. Also, the B's will be shipping Mark Stuart to Chicago for a draft pick.

Tonight might be Blake Wheeler's last game in a Boston Bruins uniform. Thank the Lord.

Story B: Red Wings go undefeated and score 100 goals in every game. They also beat a team comprised of Godzilla, the ghost of Abraham Lincoln, 2 Power Rangers and Betty White. Oh, and they played in the middle of Iraq on a military base. In the sand. With no ice. Santa gave them special sand-skates that allowed them to play in shorts and t-shirts in 115 degree weather. Jesus, Zeus and Buddha watched from the sidelines and ate cotton candy.

Hey Lee maybe this year they will suck in the regular season barely get in the playoffs and win the Stanley Cup. Instead of being great in the regular season and choking like Chargers in the playoffs.

Or Sharks, for that matter.

They won't choke.

Remember that their Guardian is a Technological Genious (sic). They'll probably get a BSOD or something instead :P

Kaberle to Boston for Joe Colbourne, Boston's first in 2011, and a conditional pick. Trade call has not gone through yet.

Deal is apparently something along the lines of this:

Colbourne + 1st in 2011 + Conditional in 2012

for

Kaberle + 2nd in 2011

Anyway, I'm pleased. The idiots over at HFBoards are going nuts, though. They've been complaining for a good few years how the Bruins needed a "superstar defenseman." Well, they got one and they're still not happy. I just wish Toronto could have taken Blake Wheeler in this deal. About time the Bruins acquire a player with more skill than grit.

2nd isn't included from what I'm hearing.
