yauger72
Not sure if this topic has been done before but...Out of all the teams I hate in sports I can respect Derek Jeter. (From a Red Sox fan).

Don
Sidney Crosby. Not from a personal standpoint, but a style of play standpoint. Lights Out
Nnamdi Asomugha. He's a very classy and talented guy and it's a damn shame that he's been stuck in Oakland for so long. I'd love to see him come over to the good side and wear the powder blue and gold. POTD: 2/4/12 3/4/

Lights Out
Why would Brett Favre want to play for a rival team he had beaten many a time as a Packer? If AJ offered Nnamdi a better contract than the Raiders, do you really think he'd say "no thanks, the Raiders swept you guys once"? BlueSky
I despise the Falcons. I mean really hate them. But...Curtis Lofton, Matt Ryan, Mike Smith (head coach)...yeah, I respect those guys. Thanks for having me admit it here.
DelayedPenalty
As a Leafs fan, I can't say anything bad about Brian Gionta. He is still one of my favorite players in the league.

Chawls
Kobe Bryant. Derek Jeter. Mark Cuban (I know he's an owner, but still). Also, I don't like RAW; I'm a SmackDown fan. So can I say John Cena, too? i don't like him, but damn do I respect his work ethic and respect for people. Quote If you hadn't noticed, Chawls loves his wrestling, whether it be real life or sim. DEAD!
I had no idea you hated the Nordiques... I saw, I came, I left.
knnhrvy16
Ben Roethlisberger. In my personal opinion, nobody is a better playmaker and he is the toughest quarterback I've ever seen. I respect him for his toughness alone. I hate the Steelers with every fiber of my being, but I can't deny how great Roethlisberger really is on the field. The opinions I express are mine, and mine only. If I am to express them, it is not to say you or anyone else is wrong, and certainly not to say that I am right. MDC
Aaron Rodgers.Seconded.In fact, as a bears fan saying this, the packers are awesome. I hate them as a team, but if I wasnt a bears fan, they would be near the top of my favorite teams list. ---Owner of the NHA's Philadelphia Quakers, the UBA's Chicago Skyliners, and the CFA's Portland Beavers (2010 CFA2 Champions)---
GFB
I had no idea you hated the Nordiques... You know... those French-Canadian b*st*rds.Actually, I couldn't post him in those abominations he's normally seen in. I had zero respect for Forsberg or Roy, but I couldn't hate Mr. Sakic, no matter how hard I tried....
yauger72
Let me add Steve Yzerman to my list. One of the best to have ever played the game. And by my signature you can tell I can't STAND the Red Wings.
Shumway
Seconded. I would've put Brett Favre in this category a few years ago....now, not so much. I can't stand the guy.I'd include Ken Griffey Jr. and Ichiro as well.
