New Fresno State uniforms

It's actually not bad at all. I like it. The only thing I would change about it is the sides that are a different color than the rest of the uniform. Otherwise, I actually like them a lot.

Their old set was in dire need of change. This is neither good nor bad. The helmet isn't so much different then the Bronco's helmet which has been around for 13 years now. Its basically a reverse of UTEP's helmet

and the jersey is your standard issue Nike middle-rung template. You'll see 9 other schools with something similar within the next year.

I have two things to say. First off, this is far from the worst D1 uniform. Not even close. The helmet stripe could match the rest of the uniform better, and those sleeve "stripes" would look much better as TV numbers, but this is not the "epic fail" that some members of this board make it out to be. Secondly, how would one block another user? I've never done it before, but I ready to start.

Yeah, I'm not getting the crazy angst over this either. To me, its just normal Nike meh. Those "digitally fading" stripes are so childish and stupid I feel bad for Nike, but if they wore this like an atually football uniform (you know, red jersey with white pants, white jersey with red pants) it would probably be an OK look.

I can't remember where one jersey looked that much worse than the other in the set. I actually really like the red and if there wasn't a red armpit on the white, I'd be a fan of that one too. The silver looks better on the red than the white as well. No monochrome would do these a lot of good, also.

This uniform has potential to look good, but as it is right now it is not a good look. I'm not a fan if the fading stripes at all, and if they made them solid they would look much better. They should definately ditch the random blotch of color in the armpits, as it does not look good at all. Also, they should get rid of the silver outline, which just muddles up the look of the numbers. They should also primarily wear red jerseys with white pants and vice versa. If they made these few changes Fresno State would have pretty good uniforms.

The reds actually aren't that horrific. The Fresno State all white uniform makes me want to skin cute little bunnies alive and then eat them.

The helmet stripe is basically Cal's helmet stripe, with a thin outline, and with the V instead of the paw.

I don't really hate this new set, per se, as the school desperately needed a change. I just wish they had something more original than taking elements from five other Nike-designed uniforms and collaging them together.

The "Worst ever" tag is defiantly overblown. I actually kind of like the look overall, although they could've did a better design job on the jersey sides. And I don't know if maybe its just the lighting in the picture, but there doesn't seem to be enough contrast between the silver outline of the numbers and the white jersey.

If they look bad it's one thing, but to not even attempt to be original in doing so really makes this a disappointing set. And, unlike many others, I actually liked their previous set. That's exactly it. Several different concepts on one uniform. No TV numbers. Mid-level Nike templated. That's about it.
