Pat Foley is your play-by-play man, in a game that was aired nationally in the U.S. on Fox. Different times. Do we even want him to? I mean, yeah, he misses plays now and then, but much like Gary Thorne, at least he does it with sonorous conviction. No reason for the networks not to put him on unless he's simply content at this point in life to do his 70 to 75 a year for the Hawks.I mean, Versus employs Joe Beninati.I thought they got him the hell out of the national coverage once they restructured the broadcast lineup post-merger. Or maybe that was just some sort of gloriously optimistic fever dream I had. God, just let him ruin Caps games so the rest of us don't have to suffer.Also, Foley is pronouncing it "Keith ka-CHOOK".
