Hopefully we'll see them in the playoffs again this year.Personally I'd like to see SJ ditch the orange on the home jersey and replace the logo with the one from the alternate jersey. If the hem was straight the two bottom stripes would be the same size. And add me to the list of people who would like to see them rock the third during the playoffs. Maybe the term BFBS is overused but I stand by the sentiment. Making an alternate jersey black with the team colours as accents has become an unwanted crutch in uniform design. Besides that, several things bother me about the jersey... The full bodied Shark looks ridiculously cartoonish and the lack of hem stripes makes the awful front numbers stick out even more. But, if Florida wears there alts anbd win the cup, i'll laugh. In the last game against Detroit, the time from ten minutes left to one minute left was probably the longest nine minutes of my life. But from one to zero was probably the greatest time I've ever had. I didn't want the clock to run out. It was such a great feeling: people crying in the stands, people jumping up and down, people cheering. Guys couldn't even sit up on the bench.
