dfwabel
so today is Florida's biggest non-conference not fsu game in a while, oh wait its still in the state of florida........looking at there future schedules, im starting to really hate the gators, how can you respect a program when thay have not traveled out of the state of Florida for a non-conference game in over a quarter-century!!! what? are they scared to play gt or Clemson or they think "Florida State" is good enough? what a bunch of pansies....Florida maximizes the revenue. In doing so, they can essentially have their demands met. Their first demand is that they host seven home games a year. No reason to change what works: three national titles, seven SEC titles, and ten SEC East titles.its why i think there should be a rule that you go and plan 1 non conference road game a year every year..............i still think the playoff will change how teams schedule hopefully for the better2 games and Miami,(oh) is/was getting creamed in both games, think those jerseys and helmets are a curse??Hardly. Two of Power 5 conferences (Big XII and Pac-12) already have nine conference games and B1G will go to nine games in 2016. That will make the change and it is not a change for more competitive OOC games. In June 2012, that B1G/Pac-12 scheduling series which was to start in 2017 was killed after just six months due to the playoff system gaining traction and the Pac-12 conference schedule being nine games. The Power 5 will just keep more of the cash for themselves and schedule a "Group of 5"/FCS team in the years they have only four conference home games. FiddySicks
My goodness, Florida looks just miserable. FOUR turnovers? Wow. FiddySicks
It's games like these that show me that the Will Muschamp hire wasn't as great as a lot of people think it was. He's a great football mind, but jeeze, is there a more undisciplined team in college football than Florida? And with all of "The U is back!" Talk, I'd love to see it because I'm a big fan of the U, but I get the feeling this game is more of a case of Florida not being that good this year rather than Miami really being back. AnythingChicago
We're winning?! It's amazing how much of a difference a competent play caller can make. The offense has Cincinnati on their heels and Cincinnati couldn't move the ball at all until their last drive of the half. I hope they can keep this up, it's a lot more fun watching football when the season isn't a total trainwreck.Given the beating Cincy put on Purdue last week and how close the Illinois-Southern Illinois game was last week, I thought Cincinnati would be able to win this game. As a Bearcats fan, this is disappointing to say the least.
dfwabel
The U is back!In 2009, a Randy Shannon coached team beat Oklahoma who was ranked #8. Miami ended up 9-4.In 2011, under Al Golden, Miami beat the Tressel-less Ohio State who was ranked #16 at the time. Miami ended up 6-6.

The problem is at QB. Nobody on the roster really fits a system for a Brent Pease scheme.

DS729
VT wins 45-3, would be 45-0 without a blown call, now it's time to watch UVA get blown out of the water.
