Nice design. I love that they also got the name "Cutthroats" approved in such a liberal state.

May I ask what exactly politics have to do with the team name?

They're named after a fish anyways.

The Greenback Cutthroat Trout, Colorado's (among some other states in the region) state fish.

I had a fantasy team for the AHL league on the boards here, that were named the Colorado Cutthroats before the real team started up. I like to think that someone involved with the team saw my team and decided to use the name.

It's a great name, but you know, there's always someone offended by something...

I wish the Washington Bullets still existed too, that was a great team identity, as was the Tampa Bay Devil Rays.

Let me know when you finally reach your threshold of threads that you wish to derail and ruin with your paranoid victim complex. You're butthurt because more and more people are calling out your favorite football team for basing its identity on a racial slur... we get it. It's still no reason to bring up three other teams that have NOTHING to do with this thread.
