How they didn't sent him home after group stage (where he e.g. robbed Qatar from penalty) is a mystery for me and I'm afraid he will get a final as an award for this "brilliant performance". I was only able to watch the first half today, but was struck by the commentary calling out the referee as someone who may impact the second half. That's really crazy to per-emptively have to worry the referee will Frank Drebin the World Cup. FIFA is a gutless organization and won’t do anything meaningful.
