cableguy
Im a life time Browns fan and just got EA sports madden 2007. It has the browns away uniforms with BROWN pants! Now I know for a fact the browns have never worn brown pants...do they actually have them and intend on wearing them? Or is Madded totally off base with this...they look horrible by the way. chakfu
I thought that the owner Randy Lerner mentioned earlier this summer that there would be no brown pants or anything like that? I took that to be a veto of the planned brown pants that were already in (or on their way into) the style guide...

Sodboy13
Wow, that looks surprisingly not bad. I could still go for some striping action on 'em, though. As for the ref... Poor guy looks like he got stuck wearing leftover Cooperalls. That's a bad look. dennisbergan
I thought that the owner Randy Lerner mentioned earlier this summer that there would be no brown pants or anything like that? Lerner was talking about the orange alternate jerseys and/or orange pants (both of which haven't been worn in 2 years anyway). He never mentioned the brown pants. TheOldRoman
The brown pants would be great if they had an orange stripe outlined in white. Honestly, there is no reason whatsoever for pro teams to have plain pants. It is bush league, and no, putting a patch on the front doesn't help. Hopefully plain pants and the monochromes they often acompany will go the way of the dinosaurs.

This is typical with the Madden franchise. It happens EVERY year - for some reaosn the dimwits at EA put teams in uniforms they have NEVER worn (a Packers GOLD jersey comes to mind in one year), so this doesn't suprise me at all.Nor should it suprise the long-time Maddenites. :
oddball
I agree that stripes would've been better, but as I thought about it and the screen shot proves it, stripes would've made them look like a college or high school team. They're not bad, just not good either, if that statement makes sense to you guys.

SoxSteeler
they look alright and i wouldn't mind seeing them in action for a game or two but I don't know about keeping them for awhile. It seems like they would have to pick certain teams where they will look good against.
