So this Harvey guy is really good.

The Cubs also looked really mediocre today. There's 5-6-7 coming up in the 9th, but it's too cold for more runs. Prove me wrong, Cubs.

Harvey let it be known pretty early on that he had the Cubs number and wasn't going to give them anything to hit, BUT the Cubs were just outright dumb at the plate. Tons of first-pitch swings and getting behind in counts. Tip of the cap to Mets pitchers too. Most of the night their pitch location was just impeccable. Combine that with a Cubs team unwilling to step up to the moment and Mets handled their business.

Cubs need to use this loss as a wake up call. If you can't give Arrieta proper run support and go into Wrigley 0-2, you're just asking for the north side to be a riot when the Mets sweep on the north side. Don't let that happen.

Cubs looked pretty listless tonight. This could be a pretty quick series if they don't turn that around considering how good that Mets rotation is.

If the Royals win it all, they're gonna become the new Cardinals -the teams that always comes back and fans of other teams will come to hate.

All it takes is a title and the Royals will go from loveable to 'Why won't they go away?'

This Marlins mans is truly a pain in the ass, the :censored:er is ruining the royals vs. jays , no way not to notice this idiot, lets hope for a jays mets WS, no way there are tickets avalible in NY, and i don´t think he can get into Canada.

While I would love a Mets-Jays World Series, Marlins Man would probably be there no matter what. The dude is loaded and can afford tickets anywhere (it would probably be harder for him to get Cubs World Series tickets, anyway). And I doubt he'd have problems getting into Canada.

The Marlins man was annoying at first, but he's loaded and good on him to find a niche for himself.

The person that is MORE annoying than the Marlins man is they guy with the iPad (I'm sure Fox or MLB hired that guy) who appears at certain off field shots during the game.

I saw, I came, I left.

1) don't begrudge a person who loves sports and wants to enjoy them as much as possible.

2) don't act like, if any of us had pockets as deep as that guy, that some of us wouldn't be trying, or wanting, to do the exact same thing that he does.

Couldn't have said it better myself.

How is that different from most teams that achieve some degree of success?

You mean dress in bright orange + not pay attention to the game + busy with my phone or chatting with other spectators.

Yeah, i am gonna do any of that.

Yeah, i am gonna do any of that.

1. How he dresses: So what? The orange jersey and visor has become his signature look.

2. Phone: Ok, that's the one thing I can fault him for. I've gone on about it before about how I don't understand people who spend the entire game on their phones.

3. Chatting with other fans: He's a celebrity, man. Of course people will want to talk to him. I would if I could afford to sit where he does :P
