Those occurrences I have no problem with because 31 other coaches would be doing the same thing. It's when Staley goes against those percentages which have cost his team. Get off to a quick start with some young guys making moves, take them off the field for the remainder of the series after making said big play, call some dumb plays to bring it to 4th down, attempt a field goal. Now they're a team that reliably wins in the neighborhood of 11 games, but they take the hard way of getting there by playing to the level of their competition each week.
