I wish they hadn't followed down the NBA path. But what do I care, I don't watch baseball anyway, and these types of unis aren't going to change my mind.

What terrible promo photos, you really can't see the jerseys, especially on the back and the blue lighting makes everything look weird. And screen printed sleeve patch on a 400 dollar jersey..... smh

And they sure look black

Hate the skyline, because it feels too obvious and clutters the uniform. And yeah, the CC program has produced a lot of mono-dark looks.

But seeing the entire uniform, I actually like em. They did well incorporating the city flag and the bright red/blue are popping off the navy. Wish teams would have well-lit promo photos, however.

The back of the Jay's Cash Grab Connect jerseys aren't horrible. The rest of the set is. But shoddy and ugly is how Nike plans to roll with MLB, so I don't know why anyone would expect otherwise.
Meanwhile, here's Bill Henderson with a video on new vs old number fabric. A disheartening watch.

If the gradient below the city name is supposed to be the reflection of the skyline on the lake, doesn't that mean the dome & CN Tower reflections are upside down?

As I expected, Toronto’s City uniform looks better with the proper lighting of the full reveal.

I honestly don’t have any glaring issues with it, the one minor thing that bugs me is that the “double stripes” are all different widths on the cap, sleeves, and pants.

The skyline is a bit on-the-nose for a City Connect, but there aren’t really many cities that have a unique skyline, yet Toronto does because of the CN Tower, which is right outside of the stadium, so I think it works.

I also wish the undershirt & socks were royal blue, but red doesn’t look bad.

OK - disagree with you.

PS -as you know, they aren't new. I'm doing this to help @Silent Wind of Doom verify when the uniforms are used, especially since they were slow to appear, because Fanatics.
