Certainly helos that perception when the players wearing the jersey look like those two or this guy 7

AstroCreep
6 hours ago, DrunkKidCatholic said: I really love the Namath era grey facemask There's a simple solution to fixing the shoulders and they're not using it. Can someone let them know already? It's so weird they choose the 2000s version of the "Football in football" logo rather than the Namath era where it was actually shaped like a football. This set still has it's fans (myself included) so it makes sense to bring them back so soon as "throwbacks". The Jets honestly can't go wrong with what they have right now. They can make a lot of money off the Sack Exchange and Namath Era sets being used at the same time.

The shoulders do not bother me but I would've done the 60s oval with the 1998 wordmark and football as this old football is pretty terrible. I also question what shade of green is truly accurate to the early set as many different vendors made the jerseys.

It’s got some obvious issues fitting into the template (just like it did five years ago), but it’s a good old classic look. But my goodness, they recycle these two uniform sets quicker than the NHL does head coaches. 2 Quote On 11/19/2012 at 7:23 PM, oldschoolvikings said: She’s still half convinced “Chris Creamer” is a porn site.) They’re saying the Sack Exchange is not unique, but the Namath era is, hence it’s more unique. How else would you say this? And this is such a random uniform to have as a throwback, after they’ve gone to a full time throwback identity. But I do love it! This set feels like the Jets to me, way more than the Sack Exchange set Quote "And those who know Your Name put their trust in You, for You, O Lord, have not forsaken those who seek You." And speaking of colorways, if you can ignore the biff-looking guy in this photo and focus in on the colors themselves... ...That would be a dang-near ideal color update for the Eagles. I've thought that a good idea for them would be doing what the Dallas Stars did in splitting the difference between kelly and forest green to come up with "victory green," except for the Eagles it'd be kelly and so-called "midnight green." That would land right about at what that gentleman was wearing. I'd just go with good old silver, though. Old School Fool
So the New York Jets get a new look in 2019, it's controversial, they introduce a Throwback a few years later, everybody loves that and so they just convert to it full time... but then they introduce a throwback of what they wore prior to 2019 and now fans are like "Switch to these full time!" on Twitter before the current new look can even take the field. So stupid. 2
