2024 NFL Changes

I would be angry, but maybe we should wear this for every game.  We don't deserve to wear the yellow helmets again until we find a way to beat the f***ing Niners in the playoffs.  You only deserve to look like the Green Bay Packers once you start living up to the history of the franchise.

it is their history isn't it? (and beating dallas, which they still do)

No gold on the helmet but on the jersey and pants is a terrible choice

A yellow stripe and a yellow outline on the logos would have been such an easy choice.

Smart is believing half of what you hear. Genius is knowing which half.

No green-yellow-green stripe on the helmet to match the jersey and pants is (no exaggeration) one of worst design decisions in NFL history. 🤦‍♂️

It would still be super unnecessary, but at least the design would look good if the stripes matched. This just makes zero sense in all white and green.

Wow the Packers screwed this up big time. All they had to do was match the helmet stripes, add the thin yellow outline on the logo and then a green facemask. You're suppose to swap colors but instead you take out colors? Would have made sense if the jersey and pants had no yellow, in fact there's precedent for this as in the 50's they wore a uniform like that, but not we can't do that can we? Instead we have to half ass and try this "best of both worlds" thing.

The conservative Green Bay Packers who were too good for Color Rush and picked white pants just to comply with the NFL decided that they wanted to do this? Come on.

The 1993 prototype was a better idea than this crap.

Here's an even finer example of the trend. Your clean, icy, frosty all-white look in form-fitting performance materials, accented with a 4XLT undershirt the color of Roundy's mustard.

For all the bird de lis haters I think the bird de lis isnt supposed to be a pelican and a fleur de lis I think its just a fleur de lis with a pelicans head. Thats what it looks like to me. Also the flair around the tip of the beak is just flair that fleur de lis have sometimes source I am from NOLA.

"Winter warning" and they wear it in Week 7 for a 1pm game? And against an AFC opponent of course because God forbid we get a normal, proper uniform pairing for a matchup that happens once every eight years.

Do these teams think they're being clever with all these winter references? Like holy hell, we are aware that snow is white. We've been reminded by about 24 teams at this point.

When I see this Jets design, I think of two things: Namath and the Butt Fumble.

Darnold played only one season with this design.

He played two seasons with the one the Jets just retired.

No gold would make sense if they bring back their late 50's uniform which had no gold as well, but with current uniform it doesn't make sense at all. I hope they fixed that quickly, because it's decals only change.

That one season was with white face masks I thought (maybe just as an alternate?). They used gray and green with Nemeth and Butt Fumble, respectively,

I honestly wouldn't mind it if it had just a bit of yellow on it. But it looks completely misplaced and inconsistent without it which is very out of the ordinary for the Packers organization

Just another example of a team designing a helmet as a standalone item and completely ignoring the rest of the uniform set.

It looks fine by itself, but makes absolutely no sense with the Packers white jerseys and pants.

A green facemask, yellow stripe and a yellow stroke around the G-logo would have made these actually tolerable and actually pretty decent.
