Illinois 41-Syracuse 20

Syracuse 38-Louisville 35

Illinois<Louisville?

I wouldn't base it on that but Illinois may be better anyways. Louisville has a great offense but their defense is reall really bad right now. It may be a rough season for Louisville.

The Connecticut Huskies are 4-0.

I don't think anything else needs to be said. :)

That's all fine and good until they start playing the likes of West Virginia, Rutgers and after the last two weeks dare I say Louisville. Either way 4-0 is an impressive start for a UConn program typically overshadowed by basketball. Kentucky seems to having similar success this year.

Yes...but they should be 3-1. Temple got jobbed badly on that call.

Oh...and Wisconsin barely beat Iowa. Can you say "Overrated?" Good.

How about Notre Dame 0-4 with no relief in sight, so much for Charlie Weiss being a genius, maybe he will go running back to the NFL screaming if this continues, the Giants already are searching for a new coach.

Don't forget to put South Florida in that mix. The Bulls have looked very good in all of their wins thus far. If they can beat up on West Virginia for the second straight season, you can make a case that USF is a front runner for the Big East championship.

Not bad for a program that is just over a decade old.

Did Nebraska actually gain two spots in the coaches poll? What the :censored: game were they watching?

If the Giants want offensive guru Charlie Weis coming off of a dreadful year in which he couldn't confound college defenses and think that he might translate well to an NFL Head Coaching spot, then I say go for it. As a Packers fan, I'm all for any NFC team setting itself up to be a doormat.

Probably not a barnburner, but a damn good game nonetheless. Alabama has proven to be a good watch this season, highly entertaining.

Yeah, but the ND faithful will still try to spin this as Willingham's fault.

These are still a lot of Willingham's players... :D

It's simple... Willingham sucked at recruiting and Weis sucks at coaching. This is what they get for firing a coach after three seasons.

When I saw this, I thought of that Simpsons ep where Mr. Burns went to the Harvard-Yale football game:

"I don't know why Harvard bothers to show up... they barely even won this year!"

Wisconsin is 4-0, but still not in the top half of the Top 10. They're right where they should be.
