Packers at Eagles next week. I'm having a flashback....

freddie-mitchell-philadelphia-eagles-catch-autographed-photograph-3345779.jpg

Don't do it Freddie!

Aaron Rodgers great against the Giants and now the Defense shows up again this week. So much confidence up in here.

Don't need another debacle of last January.

Chargers special teams, at it again today. Norv's gotta cut a brotha loose following this one.

San Diego makes it out, barely. The special teams unit needs to be torn apart and rebuilt. Their poor performance this year likely cost the team a playoff spot.

As a Seahawk fan, I so want Seattle to win tonight so they get some payback against the Lambs.

But, should I even feel happy if they win? I know it's a win, but god... 7-9 division champions. I don't know weather to celebrate or feel bummed out because I know New Orleans is going to smoke 'em next weekend.

It bears mentioning that the youngest team in the league just took down those same Saints in the Superdome earlier today. Just saying...anything's possible in the playoffs. You saw what Arizona did in '08. And I think they were the weakest team in the field that postseason.

That's true: Anything can happen once the playoffs begin. That, and I do believe they owe the Saints a little whupping for the whupping they gave the 'Hawks down in New Orleans.

Oh, and about '08: You weren't the only one that discounted Arizona. A certain broadcaster (with the intials of C.C.) did the same thing then (It was brought up in the opening of Football Night in America).

Well...here we go folks. Gosh it's been so long since they have played a meaningful game in Week 17. The fact that the Rams this year are like a box of chocolates (You never know what you're gonna get a-yuk yuk) does not help matters in terms of my nerves.

Death to Seattle.

So now only Houston and Detroit if I'm not mistaken are the only teams that have yet to play on Sunday night well NBC has been in control?

Detroit hasn't been on primetime since what 1998? I think that'll change next year.

GSOT-era Rams WTF PWNED the Lions in 2001 on MNF (back when that was the prestige game).

According to PFT. The Raiders perfect division record and their best record since the SB loss will not be enough to save Tom Cable.

Bring on Rob Ryan?

So now that the Cowboys season is over I found this:

10 changes that must be made to insure success in 2011

1. Change the "i" to an "e".

It's the Chargers. Every single special teams player will stay, and Crosby will get an extension.

EDIT: And that's post number 3,000.
