I look forward all week to your fabulous comments.

Thanks kindly. That's all the justification I need for telling people "I've developed a bit of a following in Australia." Feel free to follow me on Twitter for occasional, uninformed commentary on Tigers games, viewed on tape delay, usually several days after the fact.

Is Bleacher report really that bad?

Imagine if every lonely sports fan wanted to make their own Sports E-Cyclopedia, but didn't have the patience to learn early 90s HTML standards. So it all gets thrown onto one website, and the internet craps out Bleacher Report.

There's some good stuff on Bleacher Report, but most of the stories in my opinion are written by partisan hacks bordering on tabloid journalisim, although to be fair that's most sports websites.

I'll look at BR, I'll look at Deadspin, and every once in awhile I'll come across an article that catches my eye, but I'd say about 90% of the stories I don't even bother to look at just by going on the title.
