I tend to be the "single F-bomb fan" and then after that I become the "catatonic fan". In rare cases I've been the "over-the-top meltdown fan" and one time I was the "fan who punches a wall".

I grew out of being the "superstitious fan" sometime in high school when it became obvious that nothing I do helped the crappy teams I root for.

The Bruins game is at 4:30, and the Sharks is at 7 tonight. Remember Thursday how the first game went over into the Sharks game and that was put on NHLN? Why can't the league just put the first game at 4 to lessen the chance of that game from going over into the 2nd game? It would make it a lot easier for those who don't get NHLN.(Though I do, and I'm aware of that you can go online for bootlegged sites)

(Those are Pacific times that I used).

I think I'm the Single F-Bomb Fan.

Mighty Ducks of Anaheim (CHL - 2018 Orr Cup Champions) Chicago Rivermen (UBA/WBL - 2014, 2015, 2017 Intercontinental Cup Champions)

King's Own Hexham FC (BIP - 2022 Saint's Cup Champions) Portland Explorers (EFL - Elite Bowl XIX Champions) Real San Diego (UPL) Red Bull Seattle (ULL - 2018, 2019, 2020 Gait Cup Champions) Vancouver Huskies (CL)

I'm pretty sure I'm the Non-reaction fan, but the moments after some games have been forced out of memory.

I am all sorts of those.

I guess it depends on how the game unfolds. 2011/2012 Florida basketball collapses in the Regional Finals? Those brought the fury. 2013 Florida basketball shellacking in the Regional Final? Catatonic. I had already long accepted the fate by the time the loss was confirmed.

Jagr gets a arguable holding call yet Callahan gets nothing for putting his stick in Chara's face which resulted in blood.

Cool.

I'm mostly a sarcastic fan. If my team is playing awful, I basically just let out an annoyed laugh and shake my head.

I think watching the Giants win two World Series recently kinda changed my outlook. I used to be one of those long suffering types who was usually pretty upset when my team lost. But now I kind of look at it as just a game. Win or lose, it really doesn't involve my personal life, so oh well. When the Giants won in 2010 I basically sat in silence just trying to drink it all in. In 2012 it was much of the same. I always thought championships were gonna bring a lot more out of me than they actually do. But I just sit back quietly, smile, and am actually a bit sad that the season is over.

But if the Sharks ever finally pull their heads out and win one, that may change.

That's because the moments that lead to the championship are better than the actual winning of said championship.

In the 2012 Giants case, what's more memorable? The epic comeback in Cincinnati, or the final out of the 10th inning against the Tigers? The answer is obvious.
