    I'm still confused. I've read some places that the purple mountain jersey is going to be a primary, but other places say it's an alt.

    What do you guys make of the expansion (Seattle and Vegas) rumblings? Silver's denying it of course, but I'd say those 2 should be ear-marked if and when they expand. I always though the NBA would be the first sport in Vegas TBH.

    I know I'm in the minority, but I loved these (mostly just the home and away): I think they should've stuck around longer, especially since they wore them during their title year (although they focused on that piece of crap black sleeved jersey). I do like the 03-10's though.

    Awesome series. Owls is a very under-utilized name in sports. I was hoping the Edmonton Eskimos would use it.

    ^ Agreed. Part of the reason I love baseball so much is because of it's "old-fashioney" charm and the fact that the rules have only changed minimally in over 100 years. The 6 playoff spots, with 2 (!!!) first round byes is the nail in the coffin for me. I loved it at 4, it was only the cream of the crop. Then the 2nd wild card I could live with, even though I always thought a 1 game playoff was stupid. It should've been a best of 5 series. Too many recent large scale changes.

    In all seriousness, the maroon/burgundy/whatever jersey isn't terrible but definitely needs some tweaking. The white would look great as a Cards re-design (also some heavy tweaking), with maybe the Arizona state kind of flag sublimated into the shoulder stripes.

    Why not just use Tucson's arena? Obviously the scheduling would have to be worked out, but I mean it's a 9k capacity and it's in Arizona.
