MackAttack
watchin the Jazz v. Rockets game, honestly really like the black jerseys at home with the black court for Utah. I know it's a tank year but It would look amazing with the crowd either wearing black shirts or yellow shirts with the take note slogan in the playoffs.

Seems to have been that way for a while, even with one-off courts. New designs have had no line, older have had a line. I'd bet it's not a new league directive just a design choice the Cavs made, especially since the new Jazz court does not show these lines.

The last thing we need is to see that many people wearing *THAT* shade of yellow. BShaw20
When was the last time a team logo didn’t appear on the jumpball circle? Maybe the Lakers and Clippers before the Staples move?

IDK, Atlanta Hawks did it in 2016 with a deep volt color and it wasn't even that bad, plus the Jazz's yellow is pretty close to the Warriors' gold shirts, and that's not bad either. Clippers had a mid-court logo at LA Sports Arena in 1997. 1 Quote Smart is believing half of what you hear. Genius is knowing which half.

tscuzzy
Today I learned that the San Diego Rockets and Seattle Supersonics shared the exact same color scheme from 1967-1971. Interestingly enough, both were 1967 expansion teams. Incredibly weird choice by the NBA to let this happen. Wonder what the story was behind each team picking green & yellow.

I'm still confused. Painted in or not, I thought that the point was that there is still a circle at midcourt or were you saying that the color is reversed or missing for some parts of it while still retaining the outline (one or two) of a circle? 2016-17 Cavs court https://www.gettyimages.com/detail/news-photo/the-larry-obrien-championship-trophy-is-presented-at-center-news-photo/618812910 https://media.gettyimages.com/photos/the-larry-obrien-championship-trophy-is-presented-at-center-court-picture-id618812910?s=612x612
Indigo
There is a circle at midcourt. it's engraved in the wood. But what i'm saying (and what @Captain Invader's saying) is that the part of the circle that isn't under the logo used to be blank, but now they've painted a line on it.
