2022 NFL regular season through Super Bowl LVII

Recommended Posts

That was a HUGE win for Jacksonville* out there today. With that win they get one game closer to the division title.

Spoiler

*The effin' Snatit, man...yes I know they're banged up, and between last season and this they had to have set some kind of record for the most amount of players injured in a season--and at some point the training staff might need to be looked at about that--but still though. Y'all realize they just dropped five straight games?? And oh yeah, #FireToddDowning.

Yikes. And terrifying. These guys are constantly in the air and we always think about the what ifs. Lucky they're all okay.

One engine in trouble isn't that big of a deal. You shut it off and fly to the nearest airport on the others. Multiple engine trouble is when things get dicey.

Tonight might have been the one time in my life I was actually rooting for a Steelers win. I know it's fun to hate on Steelers fans and a lot of that hate is deserved, but I don't see the harm in letting them have this one. Franco Harris was one of the good guys. I'm glad the Steelers won on the night he was supposed to be there to have his jersey retired.

Wasn't Carolina supposed to be terrible after they fired Matt Rhule?

They are terrible. But so is everyone else in that division.

It's much easier to root for them in the occasional neutral game now that Fat Ben is gone

Is Tomlin really going to BS his way to a 9-8 record with this Steelers squad?

The Steelers haven't finished below .500 since 1988. I expect them to win out because they're just that competent of a franchise.

Even though they don’t entirely control their own destiny, I would say that right now Green Bay is the biggest threat to Philadelphia in the NFC. That is in large part due to the obvious flaws of the teams that will be hosting wildcard week playoff games. But if the Packers get in, I like them in the most matchups.

I'm into Jacksonville, Carolina and Green Bay making improbable playoff runs.

I'm also terrified that San Francisco is the best team in the league and are going to blitz through the playoffs with an all-time defense.

And the last pick of the 2022 NFL Draft at QB, who has just earned himself at least a decade in the league.

Boy, Russell Wilson is just giving Denver nothing.  Approaching worst trade ever territory, really.

Although I think I'd rather have him than DeShaun Watson at this point.

My bad; I meant the last last place finish in their division. Still very impressive that they've only had about a single season losing since then though.

I know the Yankees have a similar impressive record... no losing seasons since 1992 and no last place finishes since 1990.

These last few weeks are going to be hilarious with the Patriots, Jets and Chargers fighting over each other for who gets to be blown out by the Chiefs or Bills in the 1st round. 😄

After the last 12 years I will take it lol

Edit: is there any funnier nickname than Tua Turntheballova for Tagovailoa? Every time I see it I laugh like a hyena.
