One of the many things that bothered me about the initial/men's World Cup set is that incongruity between the 90s raver tie-dye for the blue and the early-00s sleek-future-and-contrast-panels for the white. Aesthetic harmony is a good idea! Nothing really to write home about and the monotone crest on the change looks cheap. Hopefully CR get a newer template and bespoke detailing sooner rather than later. Jamaica was probably already in the pipeline. I'm guessing Costa Rica moved over after Chile which means they had less than a year to get new uniforms and equipment.
