Odd that it'd be out so early if that's really the 2009 kit. Looks more like a training or staff shirt to me. In either case, I like the look.

Seattles jersey was released soon even tho they dont debut till next year. i guess its odd since they already exist.

The subliminal maple leaf is so stupid.

Hey, it's TFC...I'll buy it. I also hear there will be a pink kit as well. I'm okay with it as long as it stays off the pitch.

The real question I have is the badge. Felt or sewn?

I've always wanted a Club America kit, but I would loathe having to explain why "Bimbo" was across my chest.

Same with Chivas Guadalajara.

Big change: the solid part of the back of the jersey is blue, not red.

Also the stripes now radiate out of the center of the jersey.

Newly-promoted Italian side Chievo Verona

Studied abroad in Verona, but I still can't force myself to like these.

Yeah, they're my team, and they aren't thrilling me this year...

I like the light blue road strip, which are identical to last year's third kit (incidentally, it looks significantly better with long sleeves), and I'm glad to see more blue in the home strip than last year.

The black-and-white third, however, replaces a classic design... they've used a blue-white quarters shirt w/ blue shorts on the road up until this year, which you can see here: http://www.collezionecalcio.it/scheda.asp?ID=112

Of course, in recent years, they've insisted on doing weird stuff to an otherwise great design... i.e.:

So, I guess it's a marginal improvement over last year... still could be better.

Here's the new West Ham United home shirt. It's a nice enough shirt, although the contrasting faux collar kind of makes it look like a sweater vest ensemble. Perhaps the club is trying to class itself up, although with Bellamy still in the squad that would seem hard to do. The "tonal inlay" also seems extraneous, particularly since it looks like it's just an elaborate Umbro logo.
