Some hem stripes would certainly help the jersey, but it does blend the current jersey style with the old 3rd jersey style, so I guess points for that. They'd be better served ditching the basketball look on the front, and taking out the goofy side panels, but as it stands, it's not awful. For me, the contrasting sleeve panels - and the way they follow the contour of the shoulder logos - almost makes it a good look.
