SDX
After watching Wimbledon and the Ricky hatton boxing recently it seems every sportsman now has his own logo/mark. When did this start, the earliest i can remember are Jordan and Tiger woood's. Some of them are really good others just look corny, anyone got any personal favourites.I like the Roger Federer one The hatton one is okay though the actual Hatton font is well out of place
officeglenn
I think Chris Paul's Nike logo could be better executed, but I love the idea. And then there's Lebron James' Nike logo ...And Wayne Gretzky's logo, which I've seen used for his foundation as well as his restaurant in Toronto, among others ...And I suppose, just for reference, the afroementioned Jordan and Woods ... TwinsTerritory
I like Chris Paul's logo as well. The Tiger Woods one has also been one that I thought was very clever too. Twins-Territory.com

Cola
^^^Vince's logo looks like a car company logo. Then again, I guess Tiger's does too.

Mac the Knife
The first one I remember was the "Holyfield Warrior" mark back in the early 1990's. Don't have a pic of it to share though.
footballfiji
The first one I remember was the "Holyfield Warrior" mark back in the early 1990's. Don't have a pic of it to share though.Chris Paul's logo is very nice. Especially with the use of negative space for the "3". Lebron's logo just looks like a jumbled mess. and I think most wrestlers have their own logos; or at least their own typeface. Plainsman Parking Lot. Linus
Im not quite seeing the Beckham logo. Im expecting it to form a D or B but Im not seeing it. Unless theres nothing to it and its just the player itself.Ovechkin has his own logo, he came out with a clothing line and I think it features the logo. http://www.thenewsroom.com/details/2485421/SportsYou can kind of see the logo there, Ill look for better pics. beLEAF

Jigga
MJ, if he were a hockey legend That is such a gross bastardization of what is the greatest logo in the history of individual athlete logos. You should be ashamed of yourself...very ashamed.
