It gives them a nice identity that combines their 90s uniforms and current uniforms, while not looking too much like the Angels. I think that they want to avoid going all the way back to the red so that they can have a unique set. If they keep this combination, I will be happy. The patch is a nice touch too, but I was hoping they'd put it on the left sleeve in place of the "1961" patch. The Angels suddenly have three patches on their uniform where they didn't have any left year. The look is a little busy now, and I'd rather just draw attention to the Preseton and Adenhart patches.
