Love the color set (reminds me of Memphis Grizz - which is a good thing) - I wish the Rays colors were proportioned like this. Overall, excellent minor-league logo. I like the design idea to make it look like the Rays, but initials for the team name over location kinda confuses me. A letter "C" alone would have looked nice too.
