Seriously, if they'd only match the golds and put some white on the pants stripe (like the helmet), I'd put the Saints' black over gold up against any uni in the league. This pic shows how far off the pants are from the jersey numbers, and even the helmet is different still.But you know, based on the outcome, they could have dressed up in clown suits last night and I'd have been happy as a clam.As for the Pats, somebody posted about that Canon commercial where they (or whoever is in the unis anyway) are in the white jersey over silver pants. In it, the Pats wore their white jerseys with silver pants. Keep an eye out for that. It didn't look good with the striped socks IMO, but if they wore the solid blue socks then I think it would look great. I've been in Bucco's camp for a while now thinking that they'd look great in silver over white over silver, but after having seen it (however brief) in 'action' on that commerical, it's not nearly the solid look I was imagining.
