This Bucs-Falcons game.

HNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG

:( Well, they were in it all the way through, so I guess I'm happy with that. But they straight blew it. This is a game they should've won.

Idk, from what I saw, the ball came out on the late Grimes interception. But that'd just me.

The hopeful side of me agrees with you, but there was no way it was going to be overturned. It was too inconclusive.

Has there ever been a team screwed more than the Lions by the Refs in one season?

I can't think of any.

This is just disgraceful on the NFL's part. Worst. Officials. In sports.

+2

Also. Is it too early to start "The Decline of Peyton Manning" thread?

Yes. Too early. Colts back on top 28-27

(Now let's hope I didn't speak too early.)

Any thoughts now?

Man, that was a crazy game. The Bucs seriously came to play, & they had the grisly attitude to prove it. They did a good job of containing Turner, White (definitely got in his head) & Ryan. They played a hell of a game (& looked good in the throwbacks, too!).

Yet the Falcons were able to pull another one out. This team has no quit in them. They weren't at their best, everything seemed to go against em, and it was truly a frustrated game to watch from my perspective...but BRENT MOTHER :censored:IN GRIMES, ERIC WEEMS. Those guys, OMG.

10-2. Definitely didn't look like the better team on the field, but I will definitely take 10-2 over 9-3.

So the Jaguars are now the number one seed in the AFC South. Who saw that coming?

*Waves hand

Back in the preseason, I predicted the Colts would take a drastic drop-off this year. With them out of the way, it was just a battle of the Jags and Titans. Here's the thing about Jacksonville though...the one thing they are consistent at is, well, being inconsistent. They're atop the AFC South now, but they have the Raiders next week (in Duval), and could easily lose that game, roll off three straight losses more...and tumble backwards out of that top spot. Woulnd't be the first time they've played themselves out of the playoffs, either. That said, I do hope they can keep this up, especially for the sake of David Garrard and Jack del Rio.

As for my Bucs...can't say I didn't see that result coming. Not one victory this season has come against above-.500 competition--but, they kept it competitive on the road in Baltimore last week (and if not for Michael Spurlock not trying to catch a ball with his face, might have coulda took the Ravens to OT), and brought the wood today against the real best team in the NFC (yeah, I said it). And of course, you know I enjoyed the creamsicles lie hell. I'll say this, though: that the Bucs, young as they are, were able to put together two games against winning competition, as competitive as they were, bodes very well for this team in the seasons to come (provided there's no work stoppage).

And tonight...I might be the world's biggest Ravens cheerleader. a/ because they finally decided to put the back pants on underthe purple jerseys, and b/ because I need a good reason to bust on the Steelerheads in the morning. So come on, Baltimore...let's do this. :)

*Disclaimer: I am not an authoritative expert on stuff...I just do a lot of reading and research and keep in close connect with a bunch of people who are authoritative experts on stuff. 😁

You can only use that for a few weeks, because that 20-3 debacle isn't going to happen in Seattle. Trust me. ;)
