You know, the more he posts, the more I'm sure that TopCat is a complete idiot.

Was there ever any doubt? :D

Ford Field actually made time to paint "VIKINGS" in each endzone? Umm, okay.

and the Vikings logo at midfield...

Hooray, douchy anti-Favre rants are over!

hallelujah

I don't care if you like the guy or not there's no way you can argue that 297 straight games isn't pretty unbelievable.

How do the people of Detroit feel after waiting hours in the cold to see what felt like a glorified exhibition? Just an awful, gross football game.

Maybe playing an injured Brett Favre wouldn't have been such a bad idea....Jackson didn't have much of a game tonight.

I can't deny it, I'm slightly disappointed that the streak ended. Brett Favre is one of my favorite players to watch, and always has been. The only reason I ever watched Packer/Jet/Viking games was because I loved watching him play, this coming from a Cowboys' fan.

Like some of you have said, there really is no denying how impressive that streak is, and I don't care if you hate him or like him. To play that long without missing a game, pretty dang impressive.

Sweet comeback being put on by the Texans! Now going for two and the tie....

Jacoby Jones gets the deuce. Well done, Houston.

Fantastic comeback by the Texans. Schaub was ridiculous on that drive.

Great evening of football this Monday Night. First, Brettfavre all-but retires. And now, the Texans with a (possible) comeback for the ages. ^_^

You have a real unnatural obsession with Favre.

No, the media does. Anything that happens afterwards is the natural reaction :P

The Ravens are blowing another game that they had in the bag. It's staggering to think just how awful this team is in the 4th quarter. I said last week how shocked I was to see the Ravens blow another game, and they are doing it again tonight. If I was a Ravens fan I'd be pretty upset right about now.

It's a ying-yang thing, to be sure :D

Anyway I'll stick to my word. No more Farve rants, because he's gone after Week 17.

Honestly, I don't think this team is a true contender. They may still win tonight, but there's no way a team that plays this poorly in the fourth quarter can advance in the playoffs.

I got to witness history. Remember when we all applauded Cal Ripken when he sat out to end his "Ironman" streak? I'm simply doing the same for Favre. :D

And Schaub puts an end to Monday Night with a salute to Brett Favre.
