Did anybody else notice Scutaro wore two different jerseys last night during the Giants game? haha, they showed this picture during Quick Pitch.

How'd that happen?

Nice one. Another MLB mistake for my collection.

That's my problem (along with everyone else) with all of them. By not completing the collar it makes it 1 billion times sillier looking.

This may have already been covered, but when did they change the top Comerica Park's scoreboard?

Looks worse than before, and it's even the normal script used by them.

This past offseason, and they didn't just change the top, they replaced the whole thing.

Interesting uniform matchup in Oakland tonight. Angels are wearing their red jerseys against the A's in their yellow jerseys. Probably the brightest possible matchup in baseball. Definitely not for sensitive eyes.

Can't wait for a CCSLC newbie stock reaction to this game: "Red vs yellow?? Can someone say McDonald's?? Lololololz" (h/t to the admiral)

Smart is believing half of what you hear. Genius is knowing which half.

I'm loving it.

On Monday it was red vs. green.

Jays and Red Sox are looking beautiful tonight. The red vs. blue looks awesome!

No, it looked like trash. You see that during spring training. There is no reason to have a game look like a battle of traveling high school teams in the regular season.

White Sox wearing their annual, halfway-to-St.-Patrick's-Day uni's.

That is the stupidest gimmick ever. Not even minor league teams pull stuff that stupid.

You're 0/2. It's not the most brilliant promotion ever, but Chicago ([particularly the south side) has a huge Irish population, and since they don't play regular season games on March 17, they do a halfway thing. And you really should look at things that minor league teams actually do, because it's far above the huge majority of minor league gimmicks. But it's no "let's wear jerseys that look like ugly sweaters" day.

Yeah, nothing wrong with the halfway to St. Patrick's Day uniforms. It doesn't look out of place at all since it's just their normal uniforms with green instead of black. A uniform design that's been done in the past by them in different colors as seen in the throwbacks/alternates this year. And this is coming from a Cubs fan that is half south side Irish.

If anything, the White Sox should have more of these types of promotions. Their "gimmick" used to be their "gimmicks". They're not changing uniforms every two or three seasons anymore, so benign promotions like green pinstripes, throwbacks, etc. should be encouraged IMO.
