dbadefense1990
Four weeks after passing on their offer to buy and move the Coyotes for $220 million, the NHL is reportedly in negotiations to award an expansion franchise to Seattle for the 2014-15 season for $275 million. Way to work the long con, Gary! For an extra $55 million, you can witness a council meeting full of morons, transplants and University of Phoenix graduates! rams80
So, to review, the Coyotes can't be moved to Quebec because there is a $400-to-$500 million expansion fee to be gleaned from Quebec, only now we're finding out that the league is instead accelerating an expansion to just Seattle for much less than that.At this point, if a PQ-iste blows Bettman's brains out in the next year, I'm not blaming them. Magnus
It's only a business that originated from a sport developed in Canada, but now is fleecing American taxpayers to exist in markets where there is little to no interest in the sport...I mean, come on, "universe is so humangus big, and we have problems on Earth? The_Admiral
There's something vaguely unsettling about staging a photo where a family of four (presumably) is in bed with Patrick Sharp. BigBubba
So the Leafs are set to buyout Liles (not an amnesty buyout, the old-fashioned one) because they're too tight for room to sign Kadri and Franson after overpaying Clarkson and Bozak. Now, he could have amnestied Liles and used the "actual" buyout on Komisarek at a cap hit of $1.5M for 2 years, but apparently it made much more sense to buy Liles out at $1.3M over 6 years. Lee.
You're out of your element, Donny================================So there were about 6 or 8 Jets at the casino I work at last night. One of them has volunteered at the food bank booth for the past few Ironman competitions, so he brought along a few teammates to help/hang out/enjoy the town.I won't go into individual gambling habits or name too many names, but I will say this: Byfuglien looks to have dropped a ton of weight. He still has bitch :censored:, but he looks a lot slimmer than he has the last couple of years. Welcome to DrunjFlix
The_Admiral
That's good. I always liked him. I was shocked and appalled to read the reports that he had hit three spins by the end of the year. TorinK92
Later after Gary's ear appointment, all proud of his newfangled hearing aids, he is shocked and angered by himself when he finds out he was mixing up Seattle and Nevada with Toronto and Quebec. Also, he later apologized that he was hearing Glen Beck and not Glendale, and he quite liked him and didn't want to see his show get canned. ninersdd
So if that happens, there will be 10 Mountain and Pacific teams and 6 central teams. Colorado will probably stay in the Central, and it would seem as if Phoenix would get sent to the Central. They would get more home games with the Hawks. Or Colorado and Phoenix would be in the Pacific, and the Alberta teams would be in the Central. Some serious OITGDNHL going down here. TorinK92
or just move Phoenix to the central and add Vegas and Seattle to the Pacific. Most Geographical and rival-friendly solution.
