For the Bengals, chalk up two headshots on Green Bay wide-outs and now a late-hit aimed at Aaron Rodgers' knees.

Cincy is giving the Buccaneers a run for their money as the league's dirtiest team. <_<

Well, this season has been nothing short of an unmitigated disaster for the Bucs. This is quickly becoming the most disappointing season of Bucs football I've ever seen, and that's saying A LOT.

Kicking the extra point to turn a 30-20 game to a 30-21 game is just completely pointless (no pun intended).

I disagree, only because in most of the seasons in Tampa Bay's history, they've been thoroughly expected to suck, and I can't think of disappointment when the expectations are low anyway.

Why do you say that?

I'm generally the first person to criticize what I perceive to be overzealous attempts to go for a two point conversion, but, to me, a 30-20 game is marginally different than 30-21. Cincinnati scored a touchdown, cut it to 30-20, and if you go for two and convert, it's a one score game (TD + 2 pointer). If you go for it and miss, it's a TD and FG game. If you kick the extra point, it's...a TD and FG game. Yes, I know that you would take the lead with a TD and FG (which Cincinnati just missed converting, by the way), but to me, the difference is so marginal that it's not worth it to settle for the extra point.

I can see it. I'm usually the same way but I think it's too early to go for two in this case. If they don't get it, then get a TD and a FG later in the game without the Packers scoring again, we're talking about how the game is tied rather than Cinci winning.
