Was expecting better from Nike with Brazil.

how so? they went with a very traditional look for them, it's about as good as it could get with out looking like a nikefied mess

Too plain for my liking.

how many national kits have you seen that have gimmicky stuff look good, the answer is not many, usa hoop jerseys are about the only ones i can think of. brazil should always have a yellow shirt, and blue short, with some green trim, nothing more. anything else takes away from there iconic look.

They should've went with teal shorts, right!?

I really like it. The shorts colour is usual.

I'm a simple person, I have a pixelated David Beckham as profile photo since 2010.

Just thought I would let everyone know that Uni-watch.com posted the same article you were talking about here about the monochrome kits and FIFA rules. I sent them an email and corrected them. They posted it as well as my link to the discussion you guys are having in this thread. Scroll down to soccer news to see the link. http://www.uni-watch.com/ Keep up the great discussion about the World Cup kits.

I shall return in short order...

Looks like the US is sticking with the same terrible badge.

Im pretty sure that's old, but I do believe you are right that that jacket, along with this more interesting colorway (dark red kit?) shows that the crest isn't changing.

It just got put on nike.com this morning and is the 2014 jacket. If it is "old" it can't be very. I don't recall seeing that font before, either.

With that one comment you've lost the right to be taken seriously when discussing soccer kits!! That's pretty much a perfect Brazil kit. Instantly recognisable for what it is!

In my opinion of course!

Why is te red jacket on sale already?? Or is that a mistake?

An when you sort Nike soccer by recently added the brazil and France stuff appears but not those us jackets.

I still have hope.

Nike's site isn't very well done.

But if you go to Nike.com > Men (tab) > New Releases (drop down) > Newest (sort), it is the 6th item behind 2 Brazil jerseys, Brazil shorts, $500 snowboarding boots an some Jordan pants.

USA has been using the Jaguars font USA all summer if not all year.
