Not as storybookish as a game 7 overtime goal, but being up 3-0 in the first period (Kings) or 5-0 in the fourth inning is very relieving and celebratory. the worst helmets design to me is the Jacksonville jaguars hamlets from 1995 to 2012 because you can't see the logo vary wall Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

This un-cardinal like play is kinda fun to watch as a hater of the team.That said, it's disappointing to see them play so poorly in an elimination game. The Red Sox are hardly one of my favorite teams, but I always have a soft spot for the "out of nowhere" team that wins a title. This is a well earned World Series Championship for the Red Sox. Do you people even understand how lucky you are? This was a lose-lose series and I watched three total innings. At least former Reds greats Gomes and Ross got their rings and I don't have to angst about another Cardinals World Series title all winter.Go Reds.
