HedleyLamarr
So there's been some speculation that the Predators were trying to keep the Kings out of the playoffs by beating them yesterday. I'm not one for conspiracy theories, but when you consider that it was a road game for them and they could have easily lost to LA, it makes you think. How scandalous!A professional team defeating a team that poses a big threat in eliminating them from the postseason! Trying to keep out a team that's won two of the last three Cups! This just won't do! We need justice! Must keep the integrity of the league at stake!!! JackieMoon
Wow, Howard is playing like garbage. Looks like Mrazek will be taking over the job.
The_Admiral
64-14 is a weird breakdown of penalty minutes. The Penguins get dumb a lot, don't they? ♫ oh yeah, board goes on, long after the thrill of postin' is gone ♫
Morgan33
I'm glad I decided to zone out on something else on this absolutely delightful afternoon in Chicago, then focus on the locals running amok on whatever remains of this team I choose to root for. Yet oddly enough, they were outshooting them for the first two periods and were actually playing some competent hockey. Oh well. Let's just wait for the drama to come out once the team is officially out. There future moves will either help real me back or just alienate me further to the point of not caring. Lights Out
So there's been some speculation that the Predators were trying to keep the Kings out of the playoffs by beating them yesterday. How would it even be possible to reverse-throw a game? POTD: 2/4/12 3/4/
Still MIGHTY
He's being sarcastic. Some dumb people on the internet (Ducks/Kings fans alike) saw that the Ducks were losing to teams the Kings were chasing, so they were trying to put out some dumb theories. | ANA | LAA | LAR | LAL | ASU | CSULB | USMNT | USWNT | LAFC | OCSC | MAN UTD |
cmm
This is awesome. Andrew Hamburglar Hammond named a star of the game, triumphantly holds burger.I'm rooting for Ottawa to sneak in now.
TorinK92
The burger was actually thrown on the ice by a fan, seconds after he made the winning save in the shootout. He's 10-0-1 in his NHL career so far, which is closing in on the record to start a career set by Patrick Lalime, and he's already tied the record for most games in a row with two or less goals allowed. His only loss came in the shootout at well. Also, the Bruins are useless. They win when we need them to lose, then they lose when we want them to win.
